300g cherry tomatoes
4th spring onions
6th Slices of bacon150g
Appenzeller (alternatively medieval Gouda) 4th
2Packet of gnocchi (400 g (from the refrigerated shelf))
2Canned tomatoes (chunky, 400 g capacity)
- Halve tomatoes. Halve the zucchini length ways, cut into slices. Clean the spring onions, cut the white and the light green diagonally into rings. Cut the bacon into strips. Coarsely grate the cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the zucchini until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and briefly drain.
- Mix the chunky tomatoes, zucchini and gnocchi. Put in two portion casserole dishes (approx. 18×15 cm). Spread the tomatoes, onions and bacon on top, sprinkle with cheese. Baked in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
