Slice of salmon fillet (about 200 grams)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
A quarter of a lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
A little ground pepper
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix in a small bowl a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and the juice of a quarter of a lemon.
Line a pan with baking paper, grease well with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place the fish in the center on the skin side.
Spread the fish in the oil mixture so that it covers the entire surface of the fish.
