Chicken burger with ham and mozzarella

Preparation

To prepare chicken burgers with ham and mozzarella put the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, the crumbled stale bread crumbs (which you have wet and squeezed previously), the Parmesan, the chopped parsley and the salt. Mix well mixing all the ingredients and if it is too soft add more breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs. Prepare the burgers, you will need 4, helping yourself with a pastry ring and plastic wrap or using the appropriate hamburger tool. Fill them with raw ham and mozzarella and cover them with another hamburger, closing the edges well. Pass them in the breadcrumbs making it adhere. Heat very little oil or a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and cook the chicken burgers with ham and mozzarella, turning them from time to time until they are golden brown. Cover them with a lid and cook over medium heat. With this dough you can also prepare , for burgers the egg is optional, if you omit it they will be good in the same way.
